This high-performance thin sheet extrusion line is engineered for manufacturing decorative, stationery, packaging, and industrial sheets with excellent surface finish, printability, and dimensional accuracy.
The advanced PP Stationery Decorative Sheet Extrusion technology is capable of producing sheets with thickness ranging from 0.1 mm to 1.5 mm, ensuring superior production flexibility for various decorative and stationery applications.
The extrusion line is equipped with an advanced air-knife system for stable production of ultra-thin sheets (0.1 mm to 0.20 mm), while roll-touch calendering technology ensures precise thickness control and excellent surface quality for thicker sheets (0.20 mm to 1.5 mm).
